Where do I pick up the van?
Pickup details will be provided in your booking confirmation. We offer convenient pickup locations or delivery options for an additional fee.
How do I book a van?
You can book a van directly through our reservation portal on www.exodustravels.org. Select your dates, complete the booking form, and submit payment to confirm your reservation.
Can I check vehicle availability before booking?
Yes! Our website features a real-time availability calendar so you can see open dates before making a reservation.
How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details once your reservation is successfully processed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, and other online payment methods integrated with our booking system.
What are the rental requirements?
Renters must:
- Be at least 28 years old
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Provide proof of insurance
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at the time of picking up the vehicle. This will be refunded after the vehicle is inspected upon return.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Partial refund for cancellations made less than 3 day before pickup. A 25% cancellation fee will be applied, and remaining amount will be refunded
- No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
What happens if I return the van late?
Late returns may incur an additional hourly fee. Please return the van on time to avoid extra charges.
Do I need insurance to rent a van?
Yes. You can either use your personal auto insurance (if it covers rentals) or purchase a temporary rental insurance policy through us.
What should I do in case of an accident or breakdown?
In case of an emergency:
- Ensure everyone’s safety and call 911 if needed.
- Contact us immediately at (832) 866-2982.
- If roadside assistance is needed, follow the instructions in your rental agreement.
Can I drive the van out of state?
Yes, but you must inform us in advance. Additional mileage fees may apply for long-distance trips.
If I Rent A Vehicle Can I Choose The Chauffeur?
At this time, we provide van rentals only, but we can recommend professional chauffeur upon request.
Are there any mileage limits?
Some rentals may include a daily mileage limit, depends on what package you choose for your reserevation. Basic Package comes with 250 miles per day. Additional miles will be charged 49 cents per mile
Do your vans have enough luggage space?
Yes! All our vans have ample luggage space, making them ideal for long trips, airport transfers, and group travel.
What fuel does the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van run on?
Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans run on diesel. Please ensure you use only diesel fuel when refueling. If the wrong fuel is added, the customer will be fully responsible for all damages and costs incurred.
What is your toll policy?
Each van comes with HCTRA EZTag that lets you drive through Texas tollways without stopping. Renter is responsible for all out of Houston tolls and any violations related to other tolls fees (in other states) and parking fees, etc., during the time of your use. If fine remains unpaid and we receive a delinquent violation notice, we will charge an administration fee in addition to the fine to pay and process the penalty on your behalf.
